3)                 Review and Consider Adoption of Resolution No. PC 07-13 Recommending to the Hughson City Council Adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Approval of the Hendley Vesting Tentative Parcel Map No. 07-02.

 
4)                 Review and Consider Continuation of a Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 07-14, A Resolution of the Hughson Planning Commission Recommending to the City Council Adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and the Sewer System Master and Waste Water Treatment Master Plan.
