3) Design Review Committee:

Review Adopting Resolution No. PC 07-16, A Resolution of the Hughson Planning Commission Approving Design Review No. 07-04 for Property of Jack Kuo, Located at 7030 Hughson Avenue With Attached Conditions of Approval.

PUBLIC HEARING

The Public Hearing process includes a staff presentation, a presentation by the applicant and public testimony (in favor, opposed & rebuttal). Following closure of the Public Hearing, the Planning Commission will respond to questions raised during the hearing.

4) Review and consider adopting Resolution No. PC 07-17, A Resolution of the Hughson Planning Commission Revoking Reinstated Use Permit No. 02-04 for a 32 Unit Multi-Family Dwelling Project Located at 6566 AND 6560 E. Whitmore Avenue, Approximately 629 Feet West of Tully Road On the South Side of Whitmore Avenue.
