The Finance Department functions as a coordinating link between all city departments and with agencies and individuals in the public and private sectors regarding all financial issues of the City of Hughson. It is composed of the Finance Director, Appointed City Treasurer, an Accounting Manager, an Accounting Technician, and a Customer Service Clerk.
